We’ve learned that the original signage was recently replaced by Cracked Clam’s Six Sigma Black Belt project that insisted on directional arrows pointing the way towards critical warehouse infrastructure. Broke Nut claims he thought the arrows meant which way to turn off the valve.
We would suggest the team meet to either perform a full DMAIC cycle with numerous meetings and interviews, and deliver a stack of reports complemented by numerous graphs and tables — or — have someone spend an hour putting all the old signs back where they belong.
